Which English Language Tests are acceptable by the EA?
The two most common English Proficiency tests required from non-native English speakers are PTE and IELTS. Engineers Australia currently accepts IELTS, TOEFL iBT, and PTE as basic proof of English Language Proficiency.
As A Fresher May I Submit An Application For Skill Assessment?
Of course, since the work experience is not necessary in Engineers Australia so you can submit an application to assess your Engineering Qualification.
Is it necessary to provide the job experience letter?

Does Engineers Australia accept the PTE and TOEFL PBT?
Engineers Australia accepts both PTE and TOEFL PBT English Proficiency tests. PTE is the Pearson Test of English Academic which is a basic requirement for students who wish to migrate and study abroad. TOEFL PBT is the Test of English as a Foreign Language which accurately measures one’s ability to listen, read, and write using English language in performing academic tasks.
